Attorney Jeffrey Foster is licensed to practice law and represent accident victims in all Washington courts. Mr. Foster has represented hundreds Washington citizens and individuals throughout the United States in a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to personal injury claims and complex civil litigation matters since founding Foster Law Offices.
Mr. Foster is a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and American Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Foster is licensed to practice law in the following courts:
- All Washington state trial courts and appellate courts, including the Washington state Supreme Court;
- All Washington Federal Courts, including the Western District of Washington at Seattle and Tacoma, the Eastern District of Washington at Spokane, as well as Federal appellate courts located in western and eastern Washington.
Prior to founding Foster Law Offices, attorney Jeffrey Foster was a founding partner of the Bellevue, Washington boutique civil litigation firm of Cavagnaro & Foster. At Cavagnaro & Foster, Mr. Foster represented Washington individuals and businesses throughout the United States in a wide variety of complex insurance disputes and litigation in Washington State, Federal and Appellate courts.
After experiencing the devastating effects a serious personal injury can have on the life of a loved one, Mr. Foster made the decision to focus his law practice entirely to representing injured accident victims. The personal injury causing this shift came when Mr. Foster's youngest brother suffered catastrophic brain injuries in a most violent automobile collision. After watching his brother endure 6 days in a coma at Seattle's Harborview Medical Center and suffer through a traumatic brain injury recovery, Mr. Foster embarked upon a personal mission to aggressively represent injured victims of automobile and other accidents. It has become Mr. Foster's passion to enforce his client's legal rights to the maximum extent in order to ensure all clients receive the maximum monetary settlement to protect the injured victim and his or her family.
Born and raised in Mukilteo Washington, Mr. Foster obtained his undergraduate degree in newspaper journalism from Central Washington University. During his senior year at CWU, Mr. Foster captained the CWU men's basketball team and was awarded All-American honors for his achievements on the basketball court. In addition, Mr. Foster became an accomplished journalist and served as the only CWU journalism student to be hired by the largest daily newspaper in the region, the Yakima Herald/Republic, as well as the Seattle Times.
